Process Extra Adult Charges for Groups
The Stay - ACRS integration is enhanced to post the additional guest charges sent from ACRS to groups available in Stay.
ACRS allows users to define additional guest charges for the Adult guest type for each available room type. When the group block rates are sent from ACRS with the additional guest charges included, the charges are posted as additional guest charges to the group blocks in Stay.
Contact Agilysys to enable the ACRS integration for the property.
The additional guest charges are sent from ACRS both at the room block and room type levels. When a group created from ACRS is modified in Stay, the updated rates are sent from Stay to ACRS along with the charges for the additional guest.

Consider the following group room block created in ACRS.

In this case, the charges for two adults are included in the room block and charges for additional guests are sent from ACRS to Stay.
Consider a group available in Stay configured with the same room types that have the included Adult count as 1 and additional guest charges as $0.00.

In this case, the charges configured for Adults 1 and 2 are applied as sent from ACRS. For the additional adults beyond 2, the charges sent from ACRS are applied.
